Avi Bregman, PH.D.

Dr. Avi Bregman grew up in Nashville, TN and received a B.S. In Chemistry from Haverford College. From there he received his P.hD. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan studying the intelligent design of novel composites for EMI shielding. Following his defense, he spent time at Sandia National Labs as a Post-doctoral scholar studying composites for extreme environments under the advisement of Dr. LaRico Treadwell. Following his time at Sandia he spent time at KLA Tencor as an Applications Engineer before to a full time position as a senior scientist and section supervisor studying a wide variety of topics,  managing a research portfolio of more than 2 million dollars, and a research team of 10 scientists. As the Director of Pre-Awards at E4, Dr. Bregman is committed to helping our clients craft compelling projects and stories, manage funder needs, and ensure delivery of high quality deliverables that lead to sustainable growth.
