Kandy Rose is a dynamic and accomplished financial leader with over 15 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and entrepreneurship. As the Chief Financial Officer of E4 Power Inc., Kandy plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s financial strategy, compliance, budgeting, and fiscal oversight for high-impact consulting projects across the higher education, nonprofit, and public sectors.
With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Xavier University of Louisiana and an MBA from the University of Dallas, Kandy combines technical expertise with visionary leadership. She is a licensed Enrolled Agent recognized for her mastery in tax law and IRS representation.
Kandy is also a business owner who has trained and mentored over 300 professionals transitioning into the tax industry. Through her tax school and mentorship programs, she continues to shape the next generation of financial leaders.
Her work in grant compliance, budgeting, and audit preparation spans both public and private institutions, including municipalities and nonprofit entities.
In recognition of her service, Kandy was awarded a Proclamation from the City of New Orleans in 2024 for her contributions to business and community development. She was also named Business Woman of the Year in 2022. Her landmark achievement of selling her tax franchise to another woman in New Orleans was a celebration of generational wealth and legacy.
