Tamara Henry is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and the Chief Program Officer for E4 Power, bringing over 18 years of experience across systems engineering, IT, project leadership, and strategic operations. She is known for leading high-impact initiatives that merge technology, business strategy, and process improvement to deliver measurable results.

Tamara has directed complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects—including the buildout of bi-coastal datacenters, large-scale account transitions, and IT modernization efforts for agencies like the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She applies PMP, Lean, and ITIL methodologies to drive infrastructure migrations, agile implementations, and cross-functional team leadership.

Her portfolio includes spearheading the transition of portfolio accounting functions to a new provider, streamlining operations through Dynamics 365, and implementing enterprise tools like ServiceNow and VDI. She also led a national HBCU engagement strategy, growing strategic partnerships with 62 institutions and launching a standalone HBCU Engage conference by 2024.

As a business owner and consultant, Tamara has facilitated over 60 process improvement projects, mentored 23 professionals to Green Belt certification, and trained more than 300 healthcare staff in Lean and Six Sigma practices.
